With a brand new streamlined look, integrated battery and a full complement of range-topping components, the Elite Hybrid C:62 SLT is the powerful, lightweight e-hardtail to beat. A Newmen cockpit and Evolution SL A.30 wheelset, Fox 34 Float Factory fork, Magura MT 8 hydraulic disc brakes and Shimano XT Di2 11 speed transmission completes component selection. If you're thinking that reads more like a wish-list than a spec list, you'd be right. But then, that's what you get when you say to a CUBE designer, ''don't spare any expense'': e-perfection in carbon form.



They've learnt a great deal about both carbon frame construction and the specific needs of e-bikes over the years. All of that knowledge and experience has been poured into the Elite Hybrid C:62 SLT's brand new frame. The result is a lightweight, rigid chassis built from their premium C:62 carbon, using their Advanced Twin Mould manufacturing technique. Bosch's Intube battery lives inside the large, super-stiff down tube under its own sealed cover - but you can charge it without removing it from the frame. The new, sleeker battery and drive housings have given us space to incorporate two bottle cage mounts. Cables run internally to complement the elegant looks, with provision for a stealth dropper post upgrade in the future. The 12mm through axle, oversized down tube and tapered head tube combine to creat the stiffest possible structure for transmitting the Bosch drive's power to the rear wheel, and Agile Ride Geometry (ARG) ensures you're always in control in every trail situation. If there's a faster, more inspirational e-hardtail, they're not aware of it...
